Summary of Initial Panel and Phenotyping

Mrs D.M. has a known anti-Jka. The initial panel did not exclude anti-E, -c, -K, -Fya, -Fyb, -M, -S, and -Leb. Her red cells phenotype as D+C+E-c-e+ (probable R1R1), K-, Fy(a+), Jk(a-).

Note: Looking at the results of the initial panel and Mrs. D.M.'s phenotyping, anti-E and anti-c seem to be real possibilities. This hypothesis needs to be confirmed by further testing (antibody exclusions). Anti-Fya is excluded based on phenotype.
