What do you think is the most important requirement for professionals who administer transfusions?

Okay, its an open-ended question with many possible answers.

It's a given that staff must have appropriate qualifications related to government regulations, blood safety standards, and professional scope of practice. Regardless of qualifications, staff involved in administering transfusions must be educated and trained in the process and undergo competency assessment.
