What is the minimal positive grading for the reverse grouping cells to be considered positive?

The the minimal positive grading is 2+.

An ABO grouping discrepancy is present when the reactions in the forward grouping do not match the reactions in the reverse grouping or where expected positive reaction gradings are negative, weak (microscopically positive only) or 1+ in strength.
