Case Study A3 - Twin A Panel Results - Answer (Question 1)

The eluate shows the presence of all 3 maternal antibodies:

  • anti-E
  • anti-c
  • anti-Jka

These antibodies are consistent with causing HDN as the infant types as probable R1R2 (DCe/DcE) Jk(a+). The anti-c is the weakest of the maternal antibodies in the eluate.
